Manufactured Home park that added RV spaces. The spaces are huge. The view is beautiful. Large pool, two hottubs, and kiddy pool. Tennis/basketball court, FREE gameroom, workout room. Would have given the park a 10 but pool not heated, hottubs were not kept even warm. Only after complaints by many rv'ers were they turned up some but not enough. Showers are just two small rooms not a bathhouse of any kind. Only 2 washers and 2 dryers. Still a nice place to stay. Staff very nice.

Totally disappointed. Called ahead 3 times to make sure of the amenities being accessable. Arrived and was told all about the great amenities. Went to use these great things and found them CLOSED. After we had arrived and paid for a MONTH'S stay, they closed the gameroom and pool. NOT A FAMILY PARK. More like mobile home park for elderly residents. We have 2 children. They refused to open the pool. They lied and told us that pool was not heated. Then I asked for a refund and was told "NO". I did not back down. Called bank to stop payment, etc. Once they knew that I was seriously leaving, they did refund my money, but it was a hassle. It took 4 trips to the office with them knowing I had contacted the bank. They DO NOT care about RVers. In my opinion this is a mobile home park, not an RV Resort. DRIVE TO NEEDLES, CA and stay there. They have a real resort.

The campground is nice. The Pool/jacuzzi was wonderful. The older people in office were great, but the young girls not very friendly. We had mechanical problems and had to stay there longer than planned. When we asked if we could stay longer than a week we were told by young staff that 1 week limit. If we didn't vacate after that 7 day period we would be towed away. We talked with older couple who told me we could stay as long as needed. The flowers are breathtaking. The only down sides to the park are no trees and VERY VERY slow if at all internet service. I would stay here again if passing through. The community not my type of destination, there are too many homeless, but none in park itself.

Nice and clean. However, more like a MOBILE HOME PARK. Most sites filled with park owned, park model campers. Rented out to locals. Was told by residents that I needed to move my vehicle. Moved it...management put a note on it for me to move it back. Drunk residents in pool were very disgusting in their conversations. Pool and jacuzzi were in bad shape. Needs desperate resurfacing. Hurts your feet. Train runs close behind park. Not too loud. Dog park sits directly next to train tracks. Small dogs can get out through holes in fence and on to tracks. We chose not to use it for our Yorkie s. Just cleaned up after them at our site. Much safer. Overall, if you are just passing through and need a quick nights sleep would be fine. Wouldn't stay longer. Again, VERY CLEAN.

Sites definitely not for big rigs. Talked with two other campers who had problems getting rig in. Both, like me, scraped trees with their rigs. We were all guided in by employees of the park and still had great problems. Easier getting out...thank goodness. If I were to return to this area, I would look for a different park that is more accessible with my size rig. Very close to traffic. You hear it quite a bit and trains all night. On a good note. Park is beautiful. Employees are very nice. Kids loved the playground.

When I called to get info on this "park", I was told that there was shade, that it was kid friendly, that we would have use of the hotel facilities. However, what I got was a parking lot. No shade with the exception of 4 spots. Kid friendly. Homeless people all around the area. People from area told us we were not safe. Only time they saw security was after a big incident. I have yet to see any security. "Dog Area" long way away. Using the hotel pool will be pretty much impossible. It is down the street on the other side of a 4 lane road. Internet only available if you bring laptop inside casino/hotel lobby. Again, have to walk long way to use anything. Only good thing is the price. But I would rather pay more for a place where I feel safe and family can feel comfortable. Would not stay here again.
